Lorna Fedelem, MD, 2024 Honorary Chair of A Step Forward - Overcoming Obstacles lunch on March 7, 2023.
Lorna Fedelem, MD is a board-certified concierge family physician. She founded Lorna Fedelem, MD and Associates, in the Fall of 2020. Since opening she has also added aesthetics offerings to provide a full-service experience to members and non-members with treatments for the face, body contouring, and incontinence for women and men.

As a primary care physician, Dr. Fedelem helps her patients manage chronic health issues, as well as focus on prevention and overall wellness. Her practice centers on cardiovascular disease prevention, Parkinson’s Disease and Dementia management, cancer risk assessment, and stroke and diabetes education and management. She uses a comprehensive approach that focuses on lifestyle management and prevention.

Following graduation from Florida State University Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree, Dr. Fedelem obtained her Medical Degree from the Florida State University College of Medicine in 2005 as a member of the inaugural graduating class. She completed her residency in Family Medicine at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital.

Prior to launching her independent concierge practice, Dr. Fedelem served as a hospitalist in Tallahassee, Florida and, most recently, Orlando, Florida with Orlando Regional Medical Center. There she managed a 16 bed Critical Care Step-down Unit, where she cared for medically complex critically ill patients for 3 years.

With years of experience managing nursing home and rehabilitation patients, coupled with over 13 years of inpatient hospital experience, Dr. Fedelem has unique insight into how to best care for patients to keep them healthy and out of the hospital. She also believes that knowledge is the key to success and strives to educate and empower her patients to live their best lives.

An expert in her field, she is board-certified in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine and is also Obesity Medicine Board Certified.

Born and raised in Naples, Florida, Dr. Fedelem loves to spend time with family and friends on the beautiful sandy beaches of her hometown. She has 2 boys that keep her on her toes with horseback riding and baseball. She loves watching musicals and college football and was in the FSU Marching Chiefs for 4 years. On the weekend you can find her walking the beaches of Keewaydin, watching the sunset, or enjoying Baker Park.
