The Parkinson’s Association of Southwest Florida proudly presents its signature fundraising event: A Step Forward – Overcoming Obstacles. Join us for an unforgettable afternoon featuring guest speaker Johnny “Joey” Jones, retired Marine Staff Sergeant, decorated combat veteran, best-selling author, and FOX News contributor. While enjoying a spectacular lunch at La Playa Beach & Golf Resort, Naples, you’ll hear Joey’s powerful story of turning personal tragedy into purpose. With authenticity, humor, and heart, he shares how he overcame life-altering injury, found strength in community, and became a national voice for resilience and recovery. This inspiring event supports the Parkinson’s Association of SWFL’s mission to help our friends, neighbors, and loved ones touched by Parkinson’s disease live well. Don’t miss this remarkable opportunity to be moved, motivated, and reminded of the strength within us all.
