Danielle Dyer is the President and sole owner of Right at Home of Southwest Florida, a home health agency providing homemaker, companion, and personal care services since 2003 across Lee and Collier counties. Danielle began in 2003 as one of the agency’s first caregivers and progressed through roles such as Office Manager and Director of Marketing, becoming Vice President in 2010, a partner in 2015, and the sole owner in 2018.
In 2021, Danielle and her husband Steve opened Chartreuse Craft Cocktail Lounge in historic Bonita Springs—Southwest Florida’s first craft cocktail and dessert lounge—offering boutique spirits, inventive cocktails, desserts, and mocktails within a refined Old‑Florida 1930s–inspired ambiance. Danielle serves on several nonprofit boards dedicated to senior care and community health. She is a Past President of the Dr. Ella Piper Center for Social Services in Fort Myers, President of the Alvin Dubin Alzheimer’s Center board, and Vice President of the Parkinson’s Association of Southwest Florida. She also serves on the board of the Florida Chapter of the Home Care Association of America. Her previous roles include chairing the 2016 Florida State Guardian Association conference and being a member of the Southwest Florida Coalition for Optimal Behavioral Health & Aging, the Southwest Florida Palliative Care Coalition, and the Lee Elder Abuse Prevention Coalition. Additionally, Danielle volunteers as an instructor and Master Trainer at Lee Memorial Hospital for the “Powerful Tools for Caregivers” program and facilitated the chronic disease self‑management course “It’s All About You.” In 2016, she received the Lodestar Award for Professional of the Year from the Collier County Leadership Coalition on Aging. In 2023, Danielle was named to the Gulfshore Business 40 Under 40 Class of 2023, in recognition of her leadership in healthcare and hospitality as owner of both Right at Home and Chartreuse Craft Cocktail Lounge. Danielle and her husband Steve reside in Estero. Outside of her business and volunteer commitments, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling the world, and is passionate about event planning, bringing her creativity and organizational expertise to designing memorable gatherings. |
