​Nadolski

Mr. Nadolski retired as the Director of Contracts for XPO Logistics Worldwide Government Services, LLC, where he was responsible for all prime and sub-contracting in support of a major Department of Defense transportation initiative valued at more than $5 billion in revenue.   



He has had an extensive career in both the government and private sectors.  Mr. Nadolski was the Director of Contracts with L-3 Communications supporting the Linguist Operations and Technical Support Division prior to returning to XPO (Menlo) to support DTCI.  At L-3 he was responsible for international subcontracting supporting the war effort in Iraq and Afghanistan and working with Defense Ministries in Poland and England. He has been the Director of Procurement for Vector SCM, another XPO company supporting global logistics for General Motors.  Prior to Vector he was the Director of Contract Administration for Emery Worldwide supporting its $4.8 billion Priority Mail contract with the US Postal Service. 
 
Mr. Nadolski is currently on the Collier County Republican Executive Committee representing Precinct 305.  He was active in the Republican Party of Virginia, including Finance Chair, Hunter Mill District, Member of the Fairfax County Republican Executive Committee.  He chaired Citizen Task Force to review the Fairfax County Budget of over $2 Billion at the request of the Hunter Mill District Supervisor and the Fairfax County Executive.  Additional volunteer service includes President of the Vienna VA Optimist Club and Governor Capital Virginia District of Optimist International.
 
He holds an undergraduate degree from North Dakota State University and an MBA from George Mason University and has attended Senior Executive Programs at Duke University and the University of Virginia.  Mr. Nadolski currently resides with his wife Judy in Naples, FL.
