 Support Groups - In-Person & Online

 Support groups provide a place to share experiences and gain mutual support​ from peers. We offer a variety of support groups for those with Parkinson Disease and their care partners. Please note all of our groups are currently being held online. ​*All support groups listed are one hour long and meet weekly unless otherwise listed.
​While there is no charge to participate there are significant costs to offer our programs and services​. Participants are required to complete a membership application and participation waiver before participating in online and in person programs. This group is offered in person at Avow through the Parkinson’s Association of Southwest Florida and is most suitable for females who have a loved one with Parkinson’s disease. Attendees are supported by others who have similar experiences.

Why Online Classes?


We offer both in-person and online support groups through Zoom for the convenience of our members who are unable to attend in-person groups due to health concerns and when they are out of town.
