Looking for the right products, therapies and local professionals to help you live well with Parkinson's disease? Mingle & Share: A PD Resource Fair brings them together on Tuesday, November 17, 2026, at the Hilton Naples. Whether you are newly diagnosed or supporting someone you love, this is a chance to ask questions and find tools for wellness, mobility and quality of life. Keep reading to learn more.

Not sure what to ask or who to meet? Stay with us. Below you will find what to expect, what is included, and a simple checklist of questions to bring so you can make the most of your morning.
What Is Mingle & Share?
Mingle & Share is a PD resource fair presented by the Parkinson's Association of Southwest Florida (PASWFL). It is designed to help people with Parkinson's disease, care partners and families connect with local professionals, organizations and service providers who offer products, therapies and resources for living well with PD.

Think of it as a morning of conversations rather than a lecture. You can walk through the PD Expo at your own pace, ask questions directly and meet others who understand life with Parkinson's.

Who Should Attend?
Everyone touched by Parkinson's is welcome. If you were recently diagnosed, this is a low-pressure way to learn what is available locally. If you have lived with PD for years, you may discover new tools, services or ideas. Care partners and family members are encouraged to come too, since many of the products and services support daily life at home.

What Will You Find at the PD Expo?
You can speak directly with healthcare professionals and service providers about options that support wellness, mobility and quality of life. Mingle & Share is generously sponsored by Heart Body & Mind Home Care, Encompass Health and Seniors Blue Book as Ambassador Sponsors, and AbbVie, Acadia and Medtronic as Advocate Sponsors. Sponsors support the event, but it is always wise to ask questions and compare options.

How to Get the Most Out of the Day
A little preparation helps.
Try this checklist:
  • Write down your top three questions. Examples: What helps with balance at home? What does this service cost? What would a first visit look like?
  • Bring a care partner or friend. Two sets of ears help, and they can take notes.
  • Ask about cost and insurance. Many products and services are not covered by insurance, so ask before you commit.
  • Collect information, then decide later. Take brochures and business cards home so you can review them with your family.
  • Talk with your care team first. Check with your neurologist or therapist before starting a new product or therapy.
  • Say hello. The "mingle" is as valuable as the expo. Connecting with others is one of the best resources of all.
